St. Ignace, Mich. – A multi-agency ice rescue training session will take place on January 28, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. on Millecoquins Lake at the State of Coast Guard Station St. Ignace ice rescue team will work along with Garfield Township Fire Department to conduct ice rescue training. Representatives from several other fire departments have been invited to attend. Members of the media are invited to observe, photograph, and take video footage, during the course of training. Interviews may be conducted with Coast Guard members at the conclusion of training.
