Ninth District helps fellow Coast Guard members of the Gulf Coast Region.

CLEVELAND - MST2 Gilbert Lowry won a Coast Guard bowling ball when his name was drawn during Cleveland Harbor Flotilla 73's meeting March 6. The flotilla raised $250 selling raffle tickets, the proceeds will go to the Coast Guard Mutual Assistant Hurricane Katrina Fund to help Coast Guard members who were affect by the storm in the Gulf Coast Region.
