MARINETTE, Wisc.- The cutter Hollyhock being towed after hitting the frozen waters of the Menomonee River for the first time. The 225-foot cutter was launched on January 25, 2003 and will be homeported in Port Huron, Mich. Coast Guard photo by Paul Roszkowski
