Coast Guard Boarding Operations
WILMETTE, Ill.-(June 30, 2003) Coast Guard Petty Officer Third Class James Pierce tells people onboard the GOOD TIMES 2 to done their lifejackets prior to the Coast Guard taking them in tow. The GOOD TIMES 2 was broken down outside Wilmette Harbor when the Coast Guard came upon it. The Coast Guard conducts boardings on all vessels it assists. Photo by Paul Roszkowski
