BISCAYNE BAY ICE BREAKING

Petty Officer 3rd Class Kyle Decker peered over the side to watch ice scrape down the side of the Coast Guard Cutter Biscayne Bay as the vessel left its port in St. Ignace, Mich., Feb. 2, 2008.
