LORAIN, Ohio - The welldeck of a U.S. Coast Guard Station Lorain 41-foot utility boat is filled with trash recovered from Lake Erie on July 6, 2008. A concern citizen alerted the Coast Guard of the floating debris, which was located and recovered approximately 12 miles off Avon Point, OH. The Coast Guard is conducting an investigation to determine the source of approximately 30 bags of garbage that was recovered. Official U.S. Coast Guard photo provided by USCG Station Lorain.
