U.S. Coast Guard Station St. Clair Shores member assists with Midwest flood response

OXBOW, N.D. - In this photo by the U.S. Coast Guard, Station St. Clair Shores Petty Officer 1st Class Gabe Wilch transports a cat from the house of family needing to be evacuated during the Midwest flood response, Thursday.

Residents of Oxbow were instructed to put a red object in a highly visible location, which alerted responding agencies they needed evacuation assistance.
