Coast Guard and Cleveland Browns life jacket Public Service Annoucement available to the public CLEVELAND - A Coast Guard video of a Public Service Announcement with the Cleveland Browns' Joe Thomas recommending the wearing of life jackets is available to the public. The video can be found at the Coast Guard Visual Imagery (CGVI) site, and copies of the raw, higher quality mini-dv format tape can be obtained upon request.
