Some 316 guests, including representatives of Federal, State, and local agencies from Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Minnesota will attend Coast Guard Group/MSO Sault Ste. Papp Jr., Commander of the Ninth Coast Guard District, which includes all Coast Guard operations on the Great Lakes, will preside over the ceremony.
