COAST GUARD DETROIT CHANGE OF COMMAND AND COMMISSIONING CEREMONY DETROIT - On March 31, 2005, a Change of Command will be held for Coast Guard Group/ Marine Safety Office Detroit, with an additional Commissioning Ceremony for the newly aligned Sector Detroit. Captain P. Brennan will relieve Captain B. Watson, who is retiring after 28 years of service. Who: LT Fant, Group/ Marine Safety Office Detroit. What: Change of Command and Commissioning Ceremony When: Thursday, March 31, 2005. The Change of Ceremony will begin at 10am and last approximately two hours. Where: Coast Guard Air Station Detroit, Selfridge Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Harrison Township, Michigan.
