COAST GUARD STATION LORAIN CHANGE OF COMMAND CEREMONY LORAIN - On June 10, 2005 at 1100, a Change of Command ceremony will be held at Coast Guard Station Lorain. Chief Boatswain's Mate John Decker will relieve Chief Boatswain's Mate David James as Officer-in-Charge, U.S. Station Lorain. Media are invited to attend. Who: Chief Boatswain's Mate David James, Offier-in-Charge, U.S. Coast Guard Station Lorain. What: Change of Command Ceremony When: Friday, June 10, 2005. The Change of Ceremony will begin at 11am and last approximately two hours.
