CLEVELAND - The Coast Guard has established a temporary regulated navigation area and safety zone on the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal near Romeoville, Ill. This proposed regulated navigation area and safety zone places navigational and operational restrictions on all vessels transiting through the electric dispersal barrier IIA.
